Satellite dishes are not permitted due to city coding and community rules and regulations.
Your mailbox is located in the center of your building; it is labeled with your apartment number on it. We do not allow mail for non-lease holders to be delivered to your apartment.
You are required to give a 60 day notice prior to your lease end date.
Please dispose of your trash in the compactor at the front of the community. Boxes need to be broken down, but they will fit in the chute. If there are any issues with the compactor and you are unable to dispose of your trash, please inform the office staff.
Trash is not allowed to be left outside of your door for any amount of time, and household trash is not allowed in the green trash cans located around the community.
Please contact the office with any concerns or service requests in a timely manner, our goal is to provide leisure living to our residents.
The pool, basketball court, tennis court, and sandvolley ball court are all open from 10 am to 10 pm, year round. Access is granted with your key fob.
The business center and fitness center are open 24/7. Access is granted anytime with your key fob.
We allow 2 guests per resident at the amenitites.
All of the grills are charcoal. Please be curtious and clean them after each use. Due to the fire code no grills are allowed on patios, even for storage.
Renters Insurance is required. A customized link will be sent at the approval of your application. We offer the convenience of including the cost of renters insurance with your monthly rent or you can provide your own 3rd party policy. Requirements are detailed in the link you will receive after your application is approved.
